Fashion legend Gianni Versace's former Upper East Side mansion is seeking a tenant willing to rent the pad for $60,000 a month.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Is your life devoid of cheetah print? Do you have some serious cash to blow on housing every month? You're in luck, because fashion legend Gianni Versace's former Upper East Side pad is back on the market.

The six-floor house located on East 64th Street between Fifth and Madison avenues is listed for a modest asking price of $65,000 a month. The mansion was listed for $120,000 a month in April for Curbed reported. Now the price has been cut in half — what a deal! Corcoran is the broker carrying the home's listing.
