The home at 1228 Madison Avenue includes the 16th floor combined with the 17th and 18th floor penthouse to create a townhome-style residence at the top of the building.

The combined list price for the two residences was $27,850,000. It's unknown what the sale price was.

The triplex penthouse features 1,700 square feet of outdoor space that includes views of the Midtown skyline and the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.

The penthouse also includes a full-floor master bedroom suite with two private terraces, Juliet balconies and a dressing room.

Residences in the building start at $7,950,000 and include four- and five-bedroom homes.
