UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — One of the "Real Housewives of New York City" is ditching the city and has listed her Upper East Side condo for sale, according to real estate listings and reports.
Jill Zarin's 30th-floor apartment on East 60th Street and First Avenue has hit the market with an asking price just a shade less than $3.3 million, according to listings. The reality television star is parting ways with the property because she finds herself spending less time in the city, Forbes first reported.
"It's time for a change of scenery. Once I sell [the apartment], it will be fun exploring new places to live. Since I love tennis, I want to spend more time in a climate that is suited for it," Zarin told Forbes.

The pricey condo is decked out with luxury features such as floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the East River, electric solar shades throughout the home and a kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinets and quartz countertops.
The apartment is located in the Bridge Place Tower condominium building, which was built 18 years ago and designed by renowned architect Costas Kondylis, according to real estate listings. Building amenities include an on-site garage, a gym, a children's playroom and a roof terrace.
