"My vision for the buildings was to extend the 79thStreet Park Avenue Corridor eastward and become anchors in an architecturally rich neighborhood," architect William Sofield said in a statement. "The private facilities and communal spaces within the tower are unabashedly amongst the most luxurious in the City."
Beckford House features 32 condos and the taller Beckford Tower features 72. Each floor on Beckford House will be home to a maximum of three units, which range from two to five bedrooms. Beckford Tower will offer one- to six-bedroom condos. Prices for the homes range from $2 million to more than $20 million.
