The adjacent, five-story buildings at 1762 and 1764 First Avenue, located between East 91st and 92nd streets, were sold in late December, according to public records. The properties were purchased by an entity named 1762-64 1st Avenue Owner LLC, according to records of the deed sale. The previous owners were similarly-named 1762-64 First Avenue Realty LLC.
