"A lot of our customers have been telling us that they have not been going out to eat as much, they haven't been spending money, so they've been less frugal in terms of spending money on gourmet products," said Marky' Caviar manager Danielle Zaslazskaya. "So they've been purchasing foie gras, caviar, truffles, because they still have things to celebrate at home and they're more likely to spend money on things now that they wouldn't have necessarily last year."
For an International Caviar Flight, customers can order one ounce each of almas Russian osetra, Russian Royal osetra and kaluga imperial gold for $640 or go for the Premium Caviar Flight, which includes one ounce each of beluga di venezia, Russian imperial gold osetra and kaluga royal for $500.
