You Can Buy The Townhouse From HBO's 'The Undoing' — For $30M

The Upper East Side townhouse featured in HBO's newest miniseries was designed by architect CPH Gilbert in 1878.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The townhouse belonging to Nicole Kidman's character in HBO's "The Undoing" is up for grabs on the Upper East Side.

The good news is you don't have to be Grace Fraser to live in the posh townhouse. The bad news, at least for most, is the house comes complete with a nearly $30 million price tag.

The listing is held by Sotheby's International Realty in New York and has been active since 2018, Newsweek reports.

However, it only recently found its way into the spotlight with the Oct. 25 premier of "The Undoing," a miniseries based on Jean Hanff Korelitz's 2014 novel "You Should Have Known."

The miniseries centers on Kidman's Grace Fraser, who lives a seemingly perfect life until a violent death and a missing spouse open a chasm that leads Fraser to a chain of terrible revelations, according to HBO.
