Amy Schumer Buys $12.15 Million Upper West Side Penthouse
The comedian snagged a spacious Riverside Drive penthouse on the Upper West Side.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Comedy star Amy Schumer has purchased a multi million dollar penthouse on the Upper West Side. The "Trainwreck" star snagged the spacious unit at 190 Riverside Drive for $12.15 million, according to The Real Deal.
Schumer's new digs solidify her role as an entertainment industry superstar worthy of an eight-figure property. Schumer's previous residence — also on the Upper West Side — is currently on the market for $1.63 million, nearly one-tenth the price of her new place, The Real Deal reported.
The 4,500-square-foot penthouse duplex contains five bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to the Real Deal.

Schumer had been spotted checking out real estate in the neighborhood earlier in the month.
Real estate documents filed with the city show the sale took place on Oct. 20. The total price of the sale was $12,147,722.
