Amy Schumer Finds Buyer for Upper West Side Apartment: Listing

"Trainwreck" comedian Amy Schumer appears to have found a buyer for her West 80th Street penthouse.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Comedian Amy Schumer has found a buyer for her apartment on the Upper West Side. A listing for the West 80th Street penthouse states that a contract has been signed — by an unknown buyer — for the unit listed at $1.625 million.

The three-room co-op is located in a pre-war, walk-up townhouse on West 80th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues, according to the listing. The pad — located just a block from Central Park — sports luxury features such as a private roof deck, hardwood floors, high ceilings, wood burning fireplaces and numerous skylights, according to the listing.

Schumer bought the apartment in 2014 and first listed the apartment for more than $2 million in November of 2015, Page Six first reported. But even though the "Trainwreck" had her apartment on the market for more than a year, she probably isn't too upset with her recent real estate moves. The on-the-rise talent recently purchased a $12.5 million penthouse on the Upper West Side.
