Bob Weinstein has reportedly closed a deal to sell his West 70th Street townhouse for a shade under $18 million.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Hollywood mogul Bob Weinstein — brother to disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein and new head of the Weinstein Company — has sold his Upper West Side townhouse for a shade under $18 million, according to Olshan Realty Inc.'s luxury real estate report.
Weinstein's final asking price for the West 70th Street brownstone was $17.9 million, down from an original asking price of $19 million when the home was first listed in February, according to Olshan Realty. The home, located between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and was renovated after Weinstein purchased it in 2015.
The movie producer bought the brownstone in 2015 for $15 million, according to public real estate records. Both Weinstein and his wife Annie Clayton are listed as owners of the home, according to the records.

Weinstein's brother, Harvey, is currently under investigation by the NYPD for sexual assault, a police spokeswoman told Patch. The police department's Special Victims Unit is interviewing an alleged victim of an assault dating back to 2004, the spokeswoman said.
The investigation follows The New Yorker's explosive report on Tuesday in which 13 women accused Weinstein of sexual assault and harassment. Three said the disgraced movie producer raped them.
The investigation, first reported by the New York Post, follows the NYPD's probe of Weinstein for allegedly groping the Italian model Ambra Battilana in early 2015. Police don't plan to reopen that investigation, an NYPD source told the New York Daily News.
