Celebrity Doctor Lists Upper West Side Penthouse: Reports

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A TV-famous doctor is placing his Upper West Side penthouse on the rental market, according to reports and real estate listings.

Dr. Drew Pinksy — most famous for shows such as "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" and "Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew" — is renting his West 95th Street penthouse for $5,900, the New York Post first reported. The home is Pinsky's pied-à-terre, as he and his family live year-round in California, according to the report.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse is located in the Princeton House Condominium at 215 W. 95th St. between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, according to a real estate listing. The listing is being handled by Corcoran's Sofia Falleroni.

The 1,086-square-foot home contains luxury features such as top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and smart home technology such as iPad controls for the climate control system, according to a real estate listing. The gem of the home may be the master suite bedroom which features its own en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

The Princeton House Condominium is a pet-friendly building that offers amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, laundry facilities, a parking garage and a roof deck.
