The mixed-use development will replace a 1-story building on Broadway between West 93rd and 94th streets.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Developers have filed plans with the city to construct a new 19-story, mixed-use building on the Upper West Side.

The new development will rise 210-feet-tall at 2505 Broadway between West 93rd and 94th streets, according to building plans. Most of the development will be zoned for residential use and the building is expected to contain 44 apartment units, according to plans filed with the city Department of Buildings.

The entire building will total 90,596 square feet of developed space, with a little more than 85,000 square feet dedicated to residential use. The average apartment in the development will be about 1,934 square feet large. The remaining 5,493 square feet will be used for commercial space on the building's ground floor.
