TV icon Dick Cavett is selling his Central Park West co-op.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Legendary television host and comedian Dick Cavett has put his Upper West Side co-op on the market for nearly $6 million, according to real estate listings and multiple reports.

Cavett's home at the Kenilworth condominium on Central Park West features "all of the early twentieth century charm you’d hope for," according to a listing with Corcoran. The fifth-floor apartment was built in 1908, overlooks Central Park and is located just two blocks south of the park entrance at West 77th Street.

The apartment's three bedrooms are located in an isolated wing of the unit separate from public spaces such as the kitchen, dining room and living room, according to the listing. The third bedroom could also be converted into a private office.

Cavett broke into show business in the 1960s as a writer for "The Tonight Show." His tenure at the show lasted many years and he wrote jokes for hosts Jack Paar and Johnny Carson. Cavett also hosted his own show, "The Dick Cavett Show," intermittently starting in 1968.

The iconic television start bought his Central Park West co-op in 2009 for $4.2 million, real estate blog 6sqft reported. Before buying the unit, Cavett had been living in Woody Allen's brownstone duplex on East 79th Street, according to the report.
