UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A home on a private Upper West Side street that rarely sees openings has hit the market for a hefty sum, according to real estate listings.

The walk — which connects West 94th and 95th streets between West End Avenue and Broadway — is not open to the public.

Openings on the private street are rare, which is why sellers are likely asking the high price of $2.29 million. The home has entrances on both West 94th Street and within Pomander Walk.
