Jon Hamm Lists Upper West Side Apartment For Rent, Report Says

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Actor Jon Hamm appears to be ditching the Upper West Side. The "Mad Men" star recently listed his West 67th Street apartment for rent with an asking price of nearly $15,000 per month, real estate blog 6sqft first reported.

Hamm's Upper West Side apartment is located in the tenth-floor penthouse of 40 W. 67th St., 6sqft reported. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has been listed with Corcoran. Hamm and ex-girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt bought the apartment together for $2.45 million in 2013, according to public real estate records.

The newly-renovated unit features two terraces, an open layout and views of Central Park, according to a real estate listing. The apartment is part of a landmarked, 39-unit pre-war building designed by the famous architect Rosario Candela, according to the listing.
