New Upper West Side Condo Launches Sales

Pricing at the West 71st Street building starts at $1.725 million.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A brand new Upper West Side condominium with 38 units is launching sales, the building announced Wednesday.

Apartments sales at 350 W. 71st St., located between West End Avenue and Riverside Boulevard, begin at $1.725 million, the building said. Units in the refurbished building, which maintained its historic facade, range from two to four bedrooms and seven of the homes feature private outdoor spaces.

The condominium was development by the firm DNA Development, which hired DXA Studio to combine two pre-war buildings.

Berger of DNA Development said in a statement "Pairing an iconic historic façade with a luxurious contemporary lifestyle, 350 West 71st Street is ideal for buyers who appreciate quintessential Upper West Side architecture but don’t want to compromise on modern amenities."

The new building offers a number of residential amenities including a residents’ library with built in window seats and an integrated sound system, a fitness center, a children’s playroom and bike storage. Residents will also have access to a landscaped roof terrace.

Stribling Marketing Associates will handle sales at the new condominium.

"350 West 71st Street is the complete package: a historic building with brand new interiors and amenities that speak to the lifestyle of today’s discerning buyer, all offered at a compelling price point," Jeffrey Stockwell of Stribling Marketing Associates said in a statement.
