Renderings Reveal New Apartment Building In UWS Historic District
The new "boutique condominium" building will have 38 apartments.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Developers unveiled renderings of a new apartment building in an Upper West Side historic district this week.
DNA Development and Stribling Marketing Associates are behind the new development, which is located on a cul-de-sac block in the West 71st Street Historic District. The building, 350 W. 71st St., will features 38 apartments, according to a press release.
Construction on the apartment building, which is located between West End Avenue and Riverside Boulevard, is currently underway and unit sales are expected to launch in March, the developers said in a press release. The "boutique condominium" offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments starting at $1.725 million.

The new condo complex features a 24-hour staff and amenities such as a library, fitness center, children's playroom, bicycle storage and a rooftop terrace.
