Upper West Side Apartment Complex Sells For $180M, Report Says

The Stonehenge Village apartment buildings are located on West 96th and 97th streets between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The three apartment buildings that make up The Stonehenge Village apartment complex are set to change hands for $180 million, according to reports.

The apartment buildings, located on West 96th and 97th streets between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues, contain a total of 420 units, are being offloaded by the current ownership group of Stonehenge NYC, SL Green and Ivanhoe Cambridge, Crain's New York Business first reported. The ownership group stirred up controversy in 2014 when it banned Stonehenge Village's rent-stabilized from accessing the complex's gym facility.

The apartment complex has contains a combined 420 residential units, according to reports. The new owners were identified as A&E Real Estate Holdings, Crain's New York Business first reported.
