Waitlist Reopens For Affordable Apartments In Luxury Building Near Lincoln Center

Amenities include roof decks, a garage, concierge and valet services.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NEW YORK — New Yorkers with a bent for culture and luxurious living now have the chance to snag one of three affordable apartments just blocks away from Lincoln Center.

Applicants can now join the waiting list for studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms in a two-tower, 51-story apartment complex near West 59th Street and Ninth Avenue, according to NYC Housing Connect.

One Columbus Place residents will have access to roof decks, laundry facilities, gyms, and doorman services and will live in walking distance of Central Park, Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center, according to developers, the Brodsky Organization.

Studios go for $2,116 a month and are available to people who earn between $72,549 and $86,840 a year.

One-bedrooms cost $2,270 a month and are available to households earning between $77,829 and $99,320 a year.

And two-bedroom apartments cost $2,733 and are available to households earning between $93,703 and $124,020 a year.

The deadline to apply for a spot on the waiting list is Oct. 18 and more information is available on NYC Housing Connect website.
