2018 Broncos Recap Video:
- One of the premier youth football and cheer organizations on Long Island, dating back to 1966.
- Tackle football for ages 5-11 that competes in the Nassau County Youth Football League (single age and weight limit divisions), and Modified Flag Football for 5/6 year olds.
- Sideline Cheer Clinic for 5 year olds, and Competitive Cheer for ages 6-11. Cheer competes in NCSA and is regarded as one of the top programs on Long Island, consistently placing in all age brackets.
- Properly screened coaches and trained coaches. Background checks are completed, and coaches receive proper instruction.
- Safety is a primary concern, and many coaches receive First Aid/CPR/AED training through Red Cross.
- Athletes learn the important lessons that youth sports have to offer - commitment, work ethic, sportsmanship, perseverance, while developing bonds and friendships that will last for years to come.
- Free offseason clinics to registered Broncos (Speed and Agility hosted by the Parisi Speed School, Never Quit Football Clinic hosted by the SHS staff, K-6 Football Skills clinics, etc.)
- Sublimated and personalized home jerseys; Professional Yearbooks
- Family Picnic and Opening Day Ceremonies; Bronco Pride Day; Bronco Awards Banquet
- An active role in community events and service learning projects (assisting with flag preparation for the 9/11 ceremony, visiting nursing homes to present gifts, etc.)
- An active role with Seaford school events (Bronco-Viking Appreciation Night, involvement with Seaford Homecoming, etc.)
- Various team bonding activities that promote the concept of teamwork (team breakfasts, dinners, scavenger hunts, etc.)
- Large group activities (movie night, Bronco teams playing at MetLife Stadium, Bronco Moms Flag Football Game, Bronco Pride Day, etc.)
- A FUN and SAFE environment for your son or daughter that will foster a love of football and cheer for years to come.
The Broncos are the feeder system to SHS Varsity Football (9 time Nassau County Champions ~ 3 time Long Island Champions) and SHS Varsity Cheer (one of the top competitive cheer programs in the county). Both programs often cite their athletes’ Bronco foundation as a key component in their success.
