Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Meet Amino!
This furry guy is looking for his forever home. Will it be with you?

Meet Patch's Adoptable Pet of the Week, courtesy of the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter. This week's king kitty is Amino!
Amino is one-and-a-half years old and came to the shelter as a stray in December. According to the shelter, Amino is social and playful, and likes other cats.
The shelter workers say that Amino is a curious cat, and that he is "sure to make a fun feline companion to the lucky person or family who gets to adopt him.

Fun (possibly untrue) fact about Amino: Can speak fluent Portuguese, but won't.

"As the largest municipal animal shelter on Long Island, there are plenty of opportunities to give a loving cat or dog a forever home," said Town of Hempstead Supervisor Laura Gillen. "Saving one pet may not change the world, but it will surely change that pet's world forever."
