WANTAGH, NY — Alanis Morissette's new "Jagged Little Pill" tour is coming to Wantagh next year as part of a 25th anniversary celebration. The seven-time Grammy Award winner will play at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on June 26.
Morrisette made it big in 1995 with her third studio album "Jagged Little Pill," which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with mega hits such as "You Oughta Know," "Hand In My Pocket" and "Ironic."
The album won Album Of The Year and Best Rock Album that year, while "You Oughta Know" collected Grammy wins for Best Rock Song and Best Female Rock Vocal Performance.

The tour announcement also coincides with a Broadway musical that kicks off Thursday at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City.

The singer told CBS News the album was about the "human condition."
