Bethpage Air Show Performances to Dazzle Spectators at Jones Beach

The Bethpage Air Show returns for its 13th year for a performance that’s supposed to be the event’s biggest show to date.

The United States Navy Blue Angels and many other other world class military and civilian performers will thrill spectators will high-flying and gravity-defying stunts at Jones Beach State Park while honoring those who serve our country.

Approximately 326,769 people flocked to Jones Beach last year for the two-day Memorial Day weekend event, which is set for Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this year.

Famed pilots Sean D. Tucker, Matt Chapman and David Windmiller will be taking to the skies, as well as the following aircraft:

  • U.S. Navy Blue Angels
  • F-35 Lightning II
  • Golden Knights
  • Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds
  • The Air Combat Command F-16 Viper Demonstration Team
  • American Airpower Museum Warbirds
  • Breitling Jet Team
  • GEICO Skytypers
  • John Klatt Airshows/Jack Links’ Screamin Sasquatch
  • SUNY Farmingdale Aerospace

Admission to the show is free. A $10 fee will be charged for parking. Parking lots will fill quickly so it is recommended that attendees arrive early for the best spots.

Kites and pets will not be permitted. Bags and other beach items will be allowed but may be subjected to a search.

A VIP chalet will be erected at Jones Beach during the shows and will welcome spectators to a private beachfront area for a full continental breakfast, buffet lunch and an open bar. Tickets are $250 per adult per day. Tickets for children ages 6-12 are $125 each. Children 5 and under can attend free of charge. Tickets can be purchased here.
