WANTAGH, NY — After a waterlogged weekend, the Bethpage Air Show revved up above Jones Beach. For the first time, it was held on Memorial Day. Cancellations on Saturday and Sunday didn't dampen the occasion as an estimated 61,000 attended the show, ABC7 reported.

The Bethpage Air Show was canceled last year at the height of the pandemic.
