Dave Matthews Band 2020 Tour Coming To Jones Beach

WANTAGH, NY — Dave Matthews Band is going on tour and the Grammy-winning group will be in Jones Beach this summer. The band announced its summer tour Wednesday, and plans to perform at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on July 21.

The tour begins June 16 with a two-night stay in Uncasville, Connecticut, playing at the Mohegan Sun arena. It ends Sept. 23 in Southaven, Mississippi.

Dave Matthews Band shot to fame in the mid-1990s charting radio hits such as "What Would You Say," "Crash Into Me," and "Ants Marching."

From 1995 to 1998, the group earned a whopping eight Grammy nominations, winning once for best rock performance by a duo or group with vocal for "So Much To Say."

That success continued into the 2000s as the group charted more hits, including Grammy-nominated songs "The Space Between" and "Where Are You Going."
