
It's the week of the big game and it may be played in some difficult weather.Â
Here's a look ahead:
Super Bowl: For the first time ever the Super Bowl will be played in the New York-New Jersey area. It will kick off Sunday at 6:30 p.m. with the game to be shown on FOX. Â Another first adds intrigue to the meeting between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks. Super Bowl XLVIII will mark the first time the game is played outdoors at a cold weather site. We may see some snow showers, according to the National Weather Service.
Weather: Super Bowl Sunday won't be the time we'll look at the weather this week. It's expected to be extremely cold on Tuesday and Wednesday.Â
Super Snacks: The Seaford Public Library will host a young adult program on how to make snacks for the big game. It will be held Thursday at 4 p.m.
Ravioli: The Seaford Library will host a baking workshop an Wednesday that will take you through the process of making ravioli. Â It will meet at 7 p.m.Â
Concert: Wantagh Elementary School will hold its winter concert at 7 p.m. Â at the high school auditorium.
