Matchbox Twenty's New 2020 Tour Coming To Jones Beach

WANTAGH, NY — Matchbox Twenty, the Grammy-nominated pop band known best for radio jams such as "Unwell," "If You're Gone" and "3AM," is coming to Wantagh this summer as part of a new 2020 tour.

The band announced the news in an Instagram post Monday, writing: "We couldn't go into 2020 without a Matchbox Twenty tour! See you this Summer with The Wallflowers."

The group will play at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on July 22. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Click here to find tickets and enter the promo code "PatchTickets10" to get 10 percent off.

Matchbox Twenty has been nominated for four Grammy Awards, the most recent of which came in 2003. That year, the band was nominated for best pop performance by a duo or group with vocal for "Unwell." It was also nominated for best rock album that year with "More Than You Think You Are."
