Metal Band Atreyu Bringing 20th Anniversary Tour To Wantagh

The metalcore band Atreyu will bring its "20 Year Anniversary Tour" to Wantagh this fall.

WANTAGH, NY — Metalcore fans in Wantagh listen up — Atreyu is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a new tour, and plans to play in Wantagh in the fall. Tickets to Atreyu's show are on sale now.

In Wantagh, the band will play at Mulcahy's on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. General admission tickets could be had for as little as $65. Enter the promo code "PatchTickets10" at checkout to get 10 percent off.

The "20 Year Anniversary Tour" begins Oct. 19 in Las Vegas and ends Nov. 20 in Ventura, California.

Atreyu, a California-based band, is best known for songs such as "Becoming the Bull," "The Time Is Now," House Of Gold," "Ex's And Oh's" and Right Side Of The Bed."

The band wrote in a Facebook post Monday it was "incredibly excited" for the cross-country trek.

"This tour is for our fans and we’re letting you pick the setlist," the band wrote. "Stay tuned for more on that."

Drummer Brandon Saller said in a statement to NextMosh.com that 2019 has been "huge" for Atreyu.

"Not only because of the beautiful support we have received for 'In Our Wake' but also because this is our 20-year anniversary as a band," he said.

Fans will be able to choose 20 songs they want to hear, Saller said.

"Twenty years. 20 songs. Chosen by YOU…the fans. This will be the longest Atreyu set ever and also the first time the fans get to choose. Let’s do this," he said.

Concertgoers can expect to here some of the band's most popular hits, as well as music off its latest album "In Our Wake."
