Motorcyclist Badly Hurt When Losing Control In Wantagh
The driver was taken to a hospital with injuries after getting pinned under an SUV, police say.
WANTAGH, NY — A man was seriously injured when he lost control of his motorcycle, Nassau police said. It happened just after 10:30 p.m. Monday as the 34-year-old victim rode west on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh, detectives said.
The motorcycle struck a curb and became trapped under an SUV, police said.
He was removed from under the parked vehicle and taken to a nearby hospital.
