Supermarket on Merrick Road sold for $48.76 million as part of a three-grocery store portfolio.

The Seaford Pathmark has been sold for $48.76 million as part of a three-grocery store portfolio, according to Co.star.com.
The portfolio, which was sold by Concord, Mass.-based Winstanley Enterprises to Inland Real Estate Group of Oakbrook, Ill., includes three buildings leased to Pathmark in Seaford, Upper Darby, Pa. and Wilmington, Del. The three buildings total 142,663 square feet and have about 18 years remaining on lease terms. The price per square foot totals approximately $342, Co.star.com reported. Â
The Pathmark on 4055 Merrick Road is the only chain grocery store in Seaford.Â
