All 22 town pools will open at 100 percent capacity.

"As state continues to relax COVID-19 restrictions, we’re expecting more and more residents to take in the hot summer weather and cool down at our beaches and pools," Town of Hempstead Supervisor Don Clavin said. "The summer season officially starts this weekend, and that means the summer of staycation has arrived as well."
