Wantagh 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide, Scheduled Time

July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Nassau County so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store this July 4th at Jones Beach:

July 4th Festivities

• What: Sterling National Bank July 4th Fireworks Show
• Where: Jones Beach, on the Central Mall
• When: Thursday, July 4 at 9 p.m.
• Fees: $10 vehicle use fee before 4 p.m. $10 event fee from 4 to 9 p.m.
• Tips: Arrive early to get a good spot and beat traffic. Parking will get more difficult the later you arrive.
