Forum Scheduled For Tenants Of 13 Recently-Sold Inwood Buildings

Tenants of 13 recently-sold buildings are encouraged to attend the forum and learn their rights.

INWOOD, NY — Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer will host a tenants rights forum for the residents of 13 recently sold Inwood buildings. The buildings — on Sherman, Post Vermilyea avenues— changed hands in a package deal between two private real estate firms

The forum will take place at at IS 52, located at 650 Academy St. between Broadway and Vermilyea Avenue, from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23, according to the Manhattan Borough President's office.

"When there is a change in ownership, it’s important to know what your rights are as tenants," Brewer said in an invitation to the forum.
