These homes rarely end up on the market, which means they often command a hefty asking price.

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom Riverside Drive apartment is described as "enormous" and has been recently renovated. The apartment's location — nestled between Fort Tryon Park and Inwood Hill park just minutes from The Cloisters — commands a high asking price.
