A five-story building on West 161 Street sold for $7.2 Million.
WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A 31-unit apartment building in Washington Heights is changin hands after a $7.2 million sale, REbusiness Online reports.
The building, located at 574 W. 161st St. near Broadway, is five stories tall and was built in 1910, REbusiness reported. The new owners, 574 West 161st Street Holding LLC, purchased the building from a company named Hillcrest Acquisitions LLC, according to the report.
