There's already a new building at 166 Perry St., constructed in 2010, where supermodel Irina Shayk used to live. (Sorry, guys, she sold her place there in December.) Another townhouse in the same building was on the market for $7.5 million last year.
The 15-story Richard Meier towers, one at 176 Perry St. and the other across the street at 173 Perry St., are located one building over. Those two buildings were finished in 2002.
