Courtney Love's Old West Village Apartment Is For Sale

WOW House: The singer's one time home in the West Village is for sale.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — A townhouse on 10th Street where Courtney Love once lived is for sale for $11.25 million.

The singer briefly lived in the 10th Street townhouse in 2011, according to Curbed New York. At the time, Love's landlord tried to evict her from the home, claiming that Love had fallen behind on the then-$27,000 per month rent. Love denied her landlord's claims and said she had paid her rent in full.
