Lauren Graham Sells Greenwich Village Pad For $825K: Report

GREENWICH VILLAGE, NY — The actress Lauren Graham sold her Greenwich Village apartment for $825,000 this month, according to a report in 6sqft.

The star of "Gilmore Girls" and "Parenthood" bought in the one-bedroom apartment, located at 24 Fifth Ave., in 2014, 6sqft reported. The apartment, which has been fully renovated, is located in a building that was first built in 1924, according to the listing. The home was "fully renovated and designed by top interior designer Eric Hughes," the listing says.

City records confirm that a Lauren Graham closed the deal on the home on May 9. The documents were made available on Tuesday.

Graham is currently working on a film adaptation of the best-selling book "The Royal We."
