Leonardo DiCaprio's West Village Bachelor Pad Listed For $8.5M

WEST VILLAGE, NY — Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio is looking to part ways with his West Village bachelor pad. The star recently listed his luxurious, eco-friendly apartment for a hefty $8.5 million.

The move comes just days after DiCaprio paid $7.1 million for a nearly century-old home in Los Feliz, California belonging to “Modern Family” actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita.

The actor's fourth-floor unit, at 66 E. 11th St., is located in the Delos building, which markets itself as the first "WELL-certified building in the world." The boutique condominium conversion features only six residences among eight stories housed in an 1897 terra-cotta building.

According to the listing, along with the likes of Bill Gates and Jeff Vinik, DiCaprio serves on the advisory board of Delos, a not-for-profit that promotes wellness in real estate.

DiCaprio's 3,673 square foot residence features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings and 42-foot windows overlooking E. 11th Street.

All units — including the actor's — also has vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, triple glazed windows, circadian rhythm lighting system, irrigated interior planters to grow plants indoors and much more.

The kitchen includes African Anigre cabinetry with satin nickel hardware along with white polished quartzite countertops and center island. For anyone who likes to sip on the bubbly, there is also a 78-bottle dual zone wine refrigerator in addition to a six burner Viking range, Miele microwave and steam oven, Bosch dishwasher, etc. The kitchen is pretty much loaded with everything you could possibly need.
