WEST VILLAGE, MANHATTAN — Marc Jacobs' loss is another New Yorker's — very expensive — gain.

The fashion mogul is selling off the remaining contents of his pricey West Village home that won't make it to his new $9.2-million house in Westchester, according to the New York Post.

Jacobs has listed 10 of his possessions from the Bethune Street townhouse on Sotheby’s Home website, including a $1,500 table lamp, $12,995 chairs and a $495 wooden sheep.

The designer first listed the four-story townhouse back in April. The home is no longer on the market, but is still up for grabs under a "whisper listing," the Post reported.

Jacobs and his wife Char Defrancesco will be moving to a 6,000-square-foot Frank Lloyd Wright home in Westchester, which Jacobs told the Post will not be able to fit all of his prized West Village possessions.

Along with the $1,250 tree sculpture and $850 foot stool, the 4,796-square-foot home also included three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, rooftop terrace and elevator to get between its four floors.
