The buyers of the property are Scott Sullivan and Anna Marrs, who are best known for having a garden filled with giant ferns in their North London home, according to the Guardian.
Parker and Broderick are selling one West Village home, but they aren't leaving the neighborhood. The couple is in the process of constructing a townhouse mega-mansion in the Lower Manhattan neighborhood, which they purchased in 2016 for $35 million, according to Architectural Digest.
The property combines two townhouses that are now getting merged to create one living space. The mega-mansion will measure 13,900 square feet and feature a 2,100-square-foot private garden, according to Architectural Digests.
