The three-story townhome, which would cost an estimated $75,000 a month, sits at 829 Greenwich St. between the West Village and the Meatpacking District in Manhattan, according to the listing.

Architect Matthew Baird designed the house to have a facade made up a single, 40-foot slab of steel. Sunlight blankets the interior through floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass wall in the back of the house.

The townhouse was last sold in 2003 for $1.6 million — more than 12 times the cost listed Friday.
