The apartment is listed for $1.368 million and incorporates Ori, a furniture system connected to smart technology that can seamlessly transform a space from a living room, to an office, to a bedroom.

The all-in-one system includes a desk, storage space, bookshelves and a roll out queen-sized bed that can be controlled by Amazon's Echo or Google Home. Only a handful of New York apartments feature the smart technology, which is being piloted in ten cities across the country including Boston, Washing, D.C. and New York.
