Hampton Bays Wrestlers Take First Place

Two Hampton Bays High School wrestlers have ended their season as champions.

Both senior Ralph Oswald and sophomore Johnny Nolan took first place in their respective weight classes, 182 and 152.

In addition, juniors Lucas Kraus and Travis Flynn, sophomore Thomas O’Shea and freshman Jackson Perez placed second in their respective weight classes, while juniors Andres Martinez and Ayden Muhs and sophomore Joey Panetta placed third.

As a team, the wrestlers finished third in the Section XI Division II Championships.
