WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — A historic Westhampton Beach estate on Seafield Lane is changing hands.

According to a listing by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, "Now in contract, the $16.750 property, 66 Seafield Lane Westhampton Beach, had at one time been the most expensive listing west of the canal.
