Loud Party With Underaged Drinking Leads To Arrest: Police

A Hampton Bays man was arrested after a loud party with underage drinking Friday night, police say.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested early Saturday and charged with violating Suffolk County's social host law after a "loud party" with alcohol and underaged drinkers at his home, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, a report came in at 12:15 a.m. about the party; officers responded and found minors drinking alcoholic beverages, police said. Milan Moraga Rodriguez, 51, of Hampton Bays, was arrested and charged with allowing alcohol consumption by people under the age of 21 at a residence, a misdemeanor, police said.

Rodriguez was released on an appearance ticket for a future court date, police said.
