Man Charged With Driving While Impaired By Drugs On LI: Police
The East Patchogue man was arrested in Westhampton early Saturday, police say.
WESTHAMPTON, NY — An East Patchogue man was charged with driving while impaired by drugs in Westhampton Saturday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Darinelle M. McMillin, 34, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. at the intersection of Country Road 31 and Stewart Avenue.
He was stopped for failing to maintain his lane, arrested, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and second-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, police said.

McMillin was transported to Southampton Town police headquarters and remanded to the Yaphank Correctional Facility, police said.
