Hampton Bays Man Charged With DWI After Crash
Carlo-Eubanks-Alpizar, 29, crashed into a guard rail, police say.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash early Sunday, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, the crash took place at 12:34 a.m. at Pawnee Street and Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays when Carlo-Eubanks-Alpizar, 29, struck a guard rail and was found to be intoxicated.
Eubanks-Alpizar was arrested, transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing, and held for morning arraignment, police said.

In addition to misdemeanor DWI, he was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage crash, a traffic infraction, police said.
