Man Charged With Stealing Tools In Hamptons Bays, East Quogue: PD
The Mastic man is facing a felony grand larceny charge, police said.
HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Mastic man was arrested and charged with a string of tool thefts in the Hampton Bays and East Quogue area, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, on Monday at 10:30 a.m., Roman Zhinin, 22, was arrested after turning himself in at police headquarters; an investigation by Southampton Town detectives revealed that Zhinin was responsible for "multiple" tool larcenies, police said.
Zhinin was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, police said.
