
The New York State Police in Riverhead have made four separate arrests in recent days. One was for possession of a forged ID; another for driving drunk while in possession of marijuana; the third for criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as unlawful possession of marijuana and the fourth for unlawful possession of marijuana.
On July 31, Jeffrey R. Arlynn, Jr., 38, of Brooklyn, was stopped for failure to stay in the designated lane while traveling south on South Embassy Road in Montauk. Kira L. Fahey, was a passenger, in Arlynn’s car.
The State Police searched the vehicle and determined Arlynn was drunk and had marijuana. Fahey, 19, was found to have a forged ID. Both were processed without incident and released on uniformed traffic control tickets returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on August 7 at 9:30 a.m.

On August 3, Jessica Sirol, 28, of New York City, was stopped while traveling east on the Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays after she was observed failing to maintain her lane. Jessica L. Diggins, 24, was a passenger in the car.

The State Police searched the car and found a controlled substance in the vehicle and charged the driver, Sirol. The passenger, Diggins, was found to be in unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both the driver and the passenger were processed without incident and released on uniformed traffic control tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on August 11 at 9 a.m.
